Hi All Expert,
If our PBX system can support PRI interface card, can I used VWIC2-1MFT-E1 as a trunk port which interface with PBX system?
I'm not familiar with VoIP, please advise and thank you.

The configuration will depend on the type of PBX that you have. Take a look at the Interoperability Portal here:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/779/largeent/avvid/inter_operability/
Click Enter the Portal, choose Cisco Toll Bypass Products from the dropdown list and then choose your PBX vendor. A list of related documentation will appear in the window below.
