hi guys.. I'm selling a customer SRST licensing on a 3725. The 3725 is and has been covered under Smartnet (but it was not originally sold with SRST). Isn't there a support element needed for future SRST upgrades?
I don't believe you'll need any additional support. As mentioned in the following link, a valid Smartnet contract entitles the user to upgrade the IOS as long as the upgraded version only contains feature sets for which they have paid.
