I have 3 Tenor Quintum A800 that are terminating my calls from AS5300 (connected to an E1 swtich), Im receving this disconnect cause: "NETWORK Out of ORDER" on my cisco,

Disconnect Cause is "26 ", Text is "network out of order"

my cisco dial-peer is:

I have had similar problems with Tenor. Try this out:

add translation rule to dial-peer on originating Cisco GW, which will not change any digits, only numbering type.

For example:

translation-rule 1070

Rule 1 ^1 1 ANY unknown

Rule 2 ^2 2 ANY unknown

Rule 3 ^3 3 ANY unknown

Rule 4 ^4 4 ANY unknown

Rule 5 ^5 5 ANY unknown

FORMAT: Prompt Settings Comments

config sys# country 1 Sets the country to anything other than US.

countrycodec Deletes the country code.

areacode Deletes the area code.

intlpref 1 Deletes the international prefix.

ldpref Deletes the long distance prefix

mindn 7 Sets the minimum number of digits to 7.

maxdn 16 Sets the maximum number of digits to 16

config pstntg 1# lampat 1 001 Sets the first lampattern to 001.

lamrep 1 1 Sets the first lamreplacement to 1.

hello i am try to configure my AS5300 to interoperate with a Quitum tenor cms. but when the quitum gateway makes test calls my gateway (as5300 ) keep rejecting the call with codec cause code 65

meanwhile i am presently terminating and originating traffic from this gatyeway to another cisco gateway. can you please explain the configuartion i should use to enable me terminate and originate from a AS5300 gateway onto a Quitum tenor CMS

check the codec on quintum , specifically defined the same codec on both . hope it would work
