Cisco vcs-E presentaion data is not transfering

Hi Friends,

Am having 4 life size endpoints which are registered to VCS controller when i dial internally there is no issue everything is going well even presentation also good.

When i dial a outside call i mean public  am not able to share the presentation but video and audio working fine at the same time public endpoint can share the presentation well,

We are having VCS Expressway for dialing external calls.

Hi, 

This might be caused by a firewall issue. Keep in mind presentation sharing uses BFCP protocol. Please check the guide below and see what ports need to opened:
