CME no PSTN card so using AS5300 - HELP !!

Hi - Need some advice / help !!

I have a CME on a 2800 router - this router has NO PSTN card, so i am trying to setup using an AS5300 GW which is already setup and working for VoIP. When i config CME outbound calls are working fine, but cannot seem to get the inbound main number to route in the CME. I have debugged CCSIP and can see the incmoing call, but fails to 404. I have setup various trans rules and dial-peers but still get 404 - or NU on client.

Any one done this before - if so how did you set it up ?
