I recently had a friend that's an audio engineer come in and record someone for our main greeting. What format do I need him to convert it to?
He tried using quicktime on his mac to convert it to G.711 ulaw 8khz mono (which somehow come out as an .au file). Unity would not load this in. Any idea on how he can cleanly convert it to the required format?
Paste a WAV file that you have stored on your computer into this recording. Note that when you do, the file is converted (if applicable) and saved on the Cisco Unity server in the G711 format-even when this is not the recording and storage codec specified for the Cisco Unity server.
