Is it possible to change the IP address of the Conference Connection server without having to re-install the whole server? If so what is correct procedure to accomplish this?

As per the document http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/cccdocs/admingd/rdzc5.htm, the way to change the IP address of the CCS is to reinstall.
If you change the IP address or the name of the server after installation, Cisco Conference Connection may not start or work.
