Connection on-line for 2 days !

Hi, when I was looking my voip connections with

#show active call voice

I saw a connection that was made for two days ! And the user was not connected.

Can I clear that ?

Why did it happen ?

It is hitting the bug CSCec19188. This bug is not resolved yet I guess. Not sure, how you could solve this.
