cRTP for voip on internet

Hi

I am testing a voip between 2 sites connected via internet.

SiteA-------SiteA ISP--------INTERNET--------SiteB ISP-----------SiteB

I want to know if i can achieve rtp compression if enabled on site a and b routers?

else

does it needs to be enabled on all the routers between site A and B?

You must have RTP enabled through your backbone for voice quality to be guaranteed. Just enabling at the edge routers is not going to help you in this case.

You can not do it, RTP compression have to be done every hop, and you do not have control over intenet.
