We have recently installed a UC540 with a mix of 7911 & 7942 phones. We also have the video advantage software v2.2.2. While I am very impressed with the phones and the call quality I cannot say the same about the video quality using CUVA, It seems extremely compressed and the pixils are very noticeable even on internal LAN to LAN calls.
Is this just the way it is? if so why? or is there some setting that I need to turn on somewhere to enable a better compresion method? I have tried moving the quality slider on the client software to full....
