Hallo,

is there an option to configure a device with a busy trigger=1 ?

On the line there is the option busy trigger.

We have phones with 2 lines (not shared lines), each line for a seperate DN.

If one of the two lines is busy, a second call on this busy line is not the problem, then the caller gets busysignal.

But when the other line is called, the caller gets no busy an hears the callsignal an the user will be disturbed!

That's undesirable !

The solving ist the busytrigger on the device! But there is no busytrigger!

How to solve the problem?

Regards

Dirk

The Busy Trigger is database configurable per line appearance and per cluster. It cannot exceed the maximum number of calls set for this DN. The default value for MCD devices is set to 2. By default, this busy trigger is one for non-MCD devices. As the maximum number of calls is already limited to 2, this cannot be set for more than 2.
