Hi,
just ignore the plus sign. Use destination-pattern with the digits only.

Hi,
A:
if the provider sends me the traffic
+8861111111
my dial peer
destination-pattern +886T

Hi, for incoming please use
incoming called-number 886
for outgoing use destination-pattern.
Avoid T is possible at all, use dots in place of digits that can be varying.
