dial-peer issue

I have issue like digits start with 7 with followed by 3 numbers it has to his X gateway and digits start with 7 with forlowed by 9 numbers it has to hit y gateway. i have tried different type of pattern but still i am not get through. could be please help me out to resolve this issue.

My current configuration is

dial-peer voice 4 voip

destination-pattern 720.......

session target ipv4:13.x.x.x

dial-peer voice 5 voip

destination-pattern 72..

delay transport-address

session target ipv4:12.x.x.x

Can you be more specific in your dial plan. Do you know the first two digits in the 3 digit scenaio. This is a case of an overlapping dialplan and you may have to rethink the way you send and recieve calls from this gateway, maybe do some sort of translation either on the remote end or at your end, depdning on your topology.
