Customer just installed DMS 5.0 with both DMM and VP servers. After everything was configured, they found that they needed to change the IP addresses and DNS names for both servers. Was able to get this done through the AAI interfaces, but there seems to be a problem.
We can not access the Video Portal Management pages anymore.
I remember that when I first access the Video Portal from the DMM pages, there was someinitial setup work that was done. Is that what is causing the problem and is there a way to fix this without a reinstall of 4.1 and upgrade to 5.0?
