E/M-2VIC with Avaya PBX

I have configured 2 locations with 8 ports each of E/M-2VIC cards. Each location can propely call the other but we cannot hear each other? My network provider says the COS is properly configured and ready to go. Phones ring but still cannot hear each other ...

What am I missing ??

Sir,

Im im reymark from the philippines my case is a bit similar to rmaegaard@nuworld.com. I have 2 sites A and B with 4 e/m ports. each is capable accessing external line via tie lines. i can get a line to dial outside but when its already connected the voice is very low. Site A can hear site B but site B cant hear clearly site A. Very Low and Little voice occur. Please help ill post the router config.
