E1 Configuration on 3725 router

Hi Tachies,can any one tell me how to configure 3725 routers as a voice gateway. I have an E1 card on router which is connected to Siemens PABX..& router has one internet link on which provider is going to give Voice & data..apart from this I have fully redundant router with same config as other router..now I want to configure both router for achieving redundancy..please help
