What software versions are you running on both the MCU and EMP? The software for those units comes as a matched set. If by chance the EMP version does not match the MCU version you can have registration problems. I would also double check that the IP address and subnetmask are set properly on each unit. You can also check basic IP connectivity by trying to ping the MCU from the EMP and visa versa. To ping, you will need to telnet to the unit and type the following from the prompt ----- Ping "ip.of.mc.u" or ping
