EX90 will not connect to Polycom DMA 7000 Bridge

We have an SX20 that will connect to our Polycom DMA vMR just fine, but our EX90 will not. Settings are the same on both units as far as we can tell. We can connect to our Codian and make calls to IP's on our network with no issue. Not sure where to start other than trying it from another location to make sure it isn't a firewall or other Data related issue with that particular location.

Firstly, this question would be better placed in the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are discussed more actively, than in the Video Over IP section you've posted in - I'd suggest you move your discussion.

But, to try to assist - what software versions are you running on your SX20 and EX90?  Are they running the same/similar versions?  I'm thinking that they're on different software releases and the newer device (SX20) has a newer version than the EX90.  They both run the TC software, so, if one works, the other should (unless there's a major difference between the network connectivity/firewalls at the two sites).

Note: the latest software release for the SX20 and EX90 (and other TC software based endpoints) is TC7.2.0 - there ase security advisories against most of the older releases so an upgrade should be freely available through the TAC if you don't have an active service contract on your devices to download it yourself.
