Extension Mobility with CCM 4.2(3) ERROR CODE (11)

While trying to logon to a phone with extension mobility I get "login unsuccesful" "error 11" Error 11 refers to login/logout device cannot be found but the phone is registered and working and the User Device Profile is configured and associated with the user. Looking at the trace logs reads "Device cannot be found" Any suggestions?

Can u attach detailed traces to this thread. That would give more info about the error
