Failed to Launch Session

I had to re-install IP/TV version 3.4 on a Server with a Winnov Capture card. The capture card sees the video content from the source, but now IP/TV will not launch any sessions. I have deleted the sessions on the manager server, and re-created them to no avail. I have searched every where, and it seems like I'm the only one to have ever seen this problem. Any one have any Ideas???

May be your re-installation has reset your configuration files. Re-configure them and give it a try.

I tried that, but it did not work. In the end I had to totally rebuild the machine. I think there must have been a bad driver or dll or something that didn't appear obvious when I was trying to clean up the server.
