FXO Disconnect Issue with Auto Attendant Only

 

Dears

we have 2921 CME , if I configured the FXO as a Connection plar opx directly to any extension & disconnect the call from the PSTN side the call is disconnecting perfectly, but when I introduce my AA through the B-ACD or the CUE any call originated from the PSTN will never disconnect if no answer from internal !!!

appreciaitng your kind inputs....

Hi

I had the same problem before but I fixed it

you can use these commands

#voice class custom-cptone FXO
dualtone disconnect
  frequency 450             ==> may vary from country to other (this is for egypt)
  cadence 250 250       ==> may vary from country to other (this is for egypt)


#voice-port 0/1/0
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
supervisory custom-cptone FXO
cptone BE
timeouts wait-release 1
connection plar opx 6000         ==>your pilot
impedance complex2
caller-id enable
caller-id alerting line-reversal
caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allocate
