Try

voice-card 0

no local-bypass

Note pre-requiste for that to work, is having disconnect supervision working.

Hello,

This is a supervisory disconnect issue ..

1)In which country is the Telco in?

2) can you upload your show version and show run as well?

3)Have you tried with " no battery reversal" under the voice port and done ashut and no shut on the voice port ?What is the result of this?

Thanks,

Karthik

hi,

Why are you using cptone BE?

There is a cptone for Oman  called cptone OM.

The above command will probably require a higher IOS ver.

Thanks,

Karthik

hi,

I have chosen cptone BE because of caller id. if i chose any other cptone caller id dont come..Actually i opened tac case for caller id issue and he set cptone BE after which callerid started working..

hi,

I visited the site and today the same thing happened. the lines were stuck. and when i removed the cables from fxo port the led on each port started to blink in sequence and then when i reconnected, the port was busy again.. so i had to reboot the router to make it work. i changed the slot but dont think that it will cause any difference..do i need to upgrade the ios or some other issue..when i am calling the disconnect is fine but it happens some time when the line get stuck i have to reboot the router. one more thing when i changed the slot of the card the router didnt detected the change of slot and was showing fxo port on old slot. i rebooted the router to detect the fxo card on the right slot..

You need to configure custom disconnect cptones.

You can search the forum for the very many threads on the very same subject.
