h323 Proxy for multiple local zones

Is it possible to use a Cisco H323 proxy with several local zones defined on the same gatekeeper ?

The H323 proxy can register only with a single local zone and if the endpoints in other local zone need to use this proxy they will fail (during the ARQ the gatekeeper will reject the call saying that the resource unavailable).

I'm thinking to define a static alias for the proxy in that other zone but not sure whether this is going to work at all

Thanks

I ran into a similar problem once, but was able to get the H.323 endpoint to register to a second local zone on a

gatekeeper by adding these commands to the config:

use-proxy extranet default inbound-to gateway

use-proxy extranet default inbound-to terminal

use-proxy extranet default outbound-from gateway

use-proxy extranet default outbound-from terminal
