This issue is caused by the phones not being able to resolve your Callmanagers via DNS. You can either add your Callmanagers to your DNS or change the Callmanager Enterprise parameters for your URL services. Got to System -> Enterprise Parameters and look at the settings under Phone URL Parameters.
