How to change a 3750G port from 4Q3T to 1P3Q3T queueing?

On page 5-10 of the Cisco Telepresence Network Systems 2.0 Design Guide it states:

"The C3560G/3750G/E supports either 4Q3T or 1P3Q3T egress queueing configurations...it is recommended to enable 1P3Q3T egress queueing configuration, with Q1 as the PQ."

In my C3750G I do a 'show int g1/0/7 capabilities' and get this output concerning the queues:

  QoS scheduling:        rx-(not configurable on per port basis),
                                  tx-(4q3t) (3t: Two configurable values and one fixed.)

The switch is running 12.2(58)SE2

How does one change the queue structure from 4Q3T to 1P3Q3T?
