How to handle calls on hold too long.

Here is my problem... Our customer serv. department loves to put (and keep people on hold for eternity). Is there a way I can make the calls re-ring the line after a certain amount of time. Or any other suggestions as to what I can do to keep these poor people from On-Hold-Hell!

I don't think there is a way of doing this for calls on hold. Call Park Reversion rings the extension that parked the call every once a while if the parked call is not retrieved, but I don't think that's what you're after.
