how to identify call with no audio on cisco As5350

when i use show call active voice command i see one

prameters VoiceTxduration = 1106000 ms on our network i see lot calls complained by our customer that ther was no audio or dead air calls but the some duration of calls that could be 40 sec or so... i wan to know if bioth parties were unable to talk to each other than on PSTN end will i see VoiceTxduration ?
