incoming calls - Database check

Hello techies

Can you guys suggest the best way we can check for the identity of incoming calls against our database?

The scenario is as follows:

We have a large CRM database which we have commulated over the past years and our call centre constantly enter data and lookup customer information and enter new entries.

We are using Cisco Unified Communication manager and voice routers for our telephony infrastrcture.

The business would like to find the best way and fastest way to lookup the customer information as soon as they call, ome sort of screen  pop which compares the callers identity againts the databse and bring up relevant information about the caller.

We currently have a solution, but it is connected to an old database. Plus the license is too costly.

Any feedback is highly appriciated.
