incoming voice translation / contact center

We have a call center and have several 1.800 numbers coming in, we were thinking of doing translation rules to come into an assigned CTI port on the CCM. This isn't working, can anyone see what's wrong or give me advice/links on a better way of doing this...

voice translation-rule 1

rule 1 /8666815954/ /10501/

voice translation-profile profile1

translate called 1

voice-port 0/0/1:23

translation-profile incoming profile1

We verified with debug that the 1866 number is coming in as that, when we dial 10501 within we get transferred to the CSQ/Script just fine. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Rob

Re: incoming voice translation / contact center

Rob,

Is the called number coming in as 866 or 1866?

Re: incoming voice translation / contact center

Brandon, this is a duplicate post. In the other thread Rob has stated he's using MGCP - my understanding is that translation rules don't work in that case.

OK. Thanks for the update!
