Hi,
I am facing a strange issue here. We are ruinning the CUCM 7.1.3.When the phone rings to our office and we answer ,there is a noticable delay before the connection is actually made.This causes the person on the other end to not hear the first part of our greeting.We can actually hear the connection going through and now it causes us to pick up the calls and wait 2,3 seconds and then bring our greeting.The phone model is Cisco 7942 and all the phones are having this issue.
Is this a Bug of 7.x or firmware upgrade of the ip phones will fix the issue.
