IP/TV Viewer and plug-in error

We have two IP/TV 3.4 servers multicasting video streams. On one user's computer, when he runs the client, or tries to view the stream via the plug-in, an error saying "unable to initialize video stream" is displayed. These streams work fine on other computers. The computer with the problem is running Windows XP Pro. Does anyone know what would cause this error? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Viewer/plug-ins. Thanks.

The IP/TV viewer running on Windows XP has some limitations. There are many known bugs on this related to the display settings and others.
