Does the IP/TV viewer support Closed Caption? Does the IP/TV encoders pass line 21? Have a missed something in the setup?
Thanks!

I don't know about line 21 - so I'll defer to someone that has.
Regarding the CC: Yes, it does support CC (sorta).
The Closed Caption content should be created in text files, a marker file is generated, and all of it is coordinated / sync'd in an .ASP file.
I don't believe CC can be passed in real-time (i.e., off-the-air) directly, but if you were to use a CC enabled device (like a VCR) as a front end, then pass the CC'd video to the encoder, it should work (at that point it's all just so much video).
Good Luck

That is a way, but it should be avalible to the user as an option. If the IP/TV viewer does not support CC it should. What about our hard of hearing people that we have working for us. We are suppose to comply with ADA as much as we can.
Maybe in the next version?? Put it on the list!
