IP Video Call Center

Here is a scenario.

1. Users with H.323 endpoints (e.g. MS Netmeeting, Polycomm, etc.) on Internet calling into a call center and having next available agent answer a video call.

2. Agents have Polycomm or Tanberg video endpoints.

3. The Call Center Agents are behind a Firewall.

How can this be accomplished?

I can see several obvious issues.

1. Voice and video Quality (no guarantees) you get what you get.

2. Firewall signaling translation for H.323.

3. How do you resolve the addresses from Internet to the Call Center (e.g. published hostname/IP address, or a phone number and gatekeeper resolving the addresses)?

Does anybody have any advice? How realistic is this? Is anybody doing this?
