I'm having some trouble with unicast VOD programs. My viewer reports that an unrecoverable error has occured. The IPTV log shows that the file was queued for delivery and then immediately shows that the session was terminated before it started with no specific errors. I can ping the Content Manager by name or address and scheduled programs play fine. The IPTV server is a 3400 series running 3.0 I am using a downloaded viewer version 3.4 I have tried every version of viewer on CCO and get the same error with all of them including the plugins.

Yes,
TAC had me upgrade to 3.4 and it worked fine. I had to get a temporary key from TAC since I didn't have the original keys.
