Live Call Center Stats and Cisco Digital Signage

Does anyone have or can share info on best ways to get and present live call center stats using the Cisco Digital Signage solution?

I see lots of info how to present the info to the signage solution, but would love to know more on ways of acquiring the data, especially live data.

I know this is beyond Cisco really because they leave it up to you on how to get the data from what ever source, but I figure someone has some examples.

Appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction or sharing any thoughts regarding this.
