Lost Software Key

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade my IPTV from 3.2 to 3.5. Unfortunately, I wasn't the one who did the original "out of the box install". I did manage to find the IPTV Serial Number Key for the Content Manager, but not the IPTV Server. How do I get that information so I can upgrade the server?

Your account manager or the TAC should be able to get you going in the right direction.
