MCU 3515 - 3 Point Video Conference

Hi

MCU 3515 - EMP registered.

While trying to make a 3 point video conference between VSX 7000, IP Phones with Video advantage video image of VSX is not working on the conference & only audio is working for it whereas with VT advantage phones in the conference we are able to get Audio/Video.

MRGL -Video Conference bridge is first one.

VCB is registered in the CallManager.

MCU 3515 we are using a service prefix of 72 with 384 Kbps.

Is that anything are we missing in the setup ?

Is the VSX running SCCP or H.323. If it is running H.323 do you have a Gatekeeper in the mix?

VSX is running SCCP.

I had this problem last week with a VSX 8000 using H.323 to a 3515. I was able to fix it by disabling Basic Mode and H.239 in the Call Preferences menu on the VSX.
