MCU with SCCP, SIP, H323

Can you let me know if you can have a mixed mode Video conference i.e H323, SIP and SCCP. I know you can dial into a MCU using a "Meet Me" set up but can a H323, SIP device conference, set up a conference in a SCCP end point and vice versa. A call starts as a point to point but then you want to conference another party - H323/SIP or SCCP Can you do this with a single MCU set up as a H323/SIP or SCCP mode.

The MCU dial plan for incoming calls varies according to whether the MCU is configured as a UAC registered to the domain registrar or as a separate SIP domain.
