Dear team,
We have CUCM cluster v 10 deployed.
Below is the architecture :
SIP Trunk Provider ------ Telco CPE <-------SIP ------> CUBE (Cisco 2901) <----------SIP TRUNK <-----------> CUCM
Currently when making a call from or to a PSTN Number, and put the PSTN side on hold, the PSTN phone hear the provider MOH file for about a second then we hear the CUCM MOH.
When pushing the Resume button, we hear the provider MOH file for about a second then the RTP media is re-established between the IP phone and the PSTN phone.
Can you please advice how to hear only the CUCM MOH file and not the provider MOH file ?
