The resources number is related with the service parameter of the IP Voice Media Streaming App "call count" in the MTP parameters. This service parameter is located in Service -> Service Parameters -> Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App
This parameter specifies the maximum number of calls that the mediatermination point will support. By default its value is 48 that stands for 1 MTP resource = 2 streams which means the default number of MTP resources available is 24.
So to have 48 MTP resources you need to increment the call count to 96.
Increasing this value above the recommended default may cause performance degradation on a Cisco CallManager that is running on the same server, the exact number of MTP resources that are available depends on the amount of resources that is being consumed by other applications on that PC.
