Multi-video conferencing for Cisco Video Advantage

Setup: CCME 4.1, 2x Cisco VT2 Camera, Cisco Video Advantage, 1x 7985 & 2x 7971G

I managed to set up a peer to peer video conference between 2 phones. Is it possible to have 3party video conference in this setup?

You cannot have multipoint conferences in this scenario. With CCM, you can use MeetingPlace or MeetingPlace Express to facilitate mulitpoint conferences. MP/MPE are supported with CCME, but MP/MPE with video is not supported with CME.
