New video Conferencing project

Hi, thanks to all in advance, I hope you can help, this the situation: My company just purchased a list of devices which include:

IPVC-3515-MCU12

CISCO2851

IPVC-3527-GW1P

Now, I have no experience with Video Services deployment, where do I start? what are the requirements if this needs to go over the internet to another site, what is involved in this? multicast, QoS, etc? and where can I get some white papers to begin with, thanks again.

You need a very good bandwidth. It should not be less than 512 kbps. You have to enable the QoS and codecs.
