Any advise is appreciated.
1. Two VTC systems
Site A is in CONUS (221.xxx.xxx.xxx)
Site B is in Asia (151.xxx.xxx.xxx)
Site C is in CONUS (NETOPS Desktop system) (207.xxx.xxx.xxx)
Site B system is also registered to VCS and Site A is in direct mode.
Site A firewall ports are configured for systems to dial out only via IP.
Site B can call into site C with no issues with system in gatekeeper or direct mode. Good A/V
Site B unable to connect to site A. When in direct mode getting "unreachable destination" and when in gatekeeper mode "Disconnect 127" error.
Site A is able to connect via IP to site B but site A has no audio or video. Site B does have good audio and video.
Site A and Site C are both located in the same base.
Thanks.

Hi Chet,
Sounds very much like a firewall issue. Are you able to get your network people to check that all the required ports are open (and not going through any sort of packet inspection, or WAAS type optimisation - as these things often break the media streams).
