no ring-back


I have place a call from a ipphone(callmanager) to pbx, (ipphone-callmanager) ----> Cisco Gateway(1760(BRI NT))----> PBX(TE), with no ring-back , from the documents I read with tone ring-back alert-no-PT in the pots I could resolve the problem, but from the debug isdn q931 i see that the pbx is send in the alert PI=2, the pbx is not capable from supplying the ring-back tone, is there any configuration that can be done in the gateway for supplying the ring-back in this situation.
