I have a Polycom video system with a SE200 gatekeeper. Our 4.1(3) CCM has a H225 trunk that registers with the Polycom gatekeeper. I can place audio and video calls both ways across the trunk just fine between IP phones, Advantage VT, and the Polycom endpoints. What does fail are all calls placed to CTI route points. The call is rejected, with the disconnect coming from the Call Manager. I have tried using MTP on the trunk with no change.
The next step is CCM traces, but a quick NetPro fix would be great.
