Hi,
I have CallManager 5.X, with Gateway in H323 mode, an access PRI.
I will add BRI card on this router, more than I will add 10 users in CallManager, I want that the calls external of these users uses just new BRI Card.
These users have Partitions and CSS specific, different to those which I use for the other users.
Therefore, it’s to forward the calls of this group to BRI Card.
Thank you for your Help.

Hi
The gateway will automatically remove matched digits from the destination-pattern string. For example:
If you send '91234' to the gateway, and the dial peer is:
dial-peer voice x
destination-pattern 9T
port 0/0/0:15
The number sent to the PSTN port will be 1234
In your example:
On the CCM:
Route pattern : 30537XXXXXX
Partition : (partition dedicated has this new group)
Gateway : the H323 Gateway
on the GW:
Dial-peer voice XX pots
Destination pattern 30537XXXXXX
If you send 3057xxxxxx to this dial-peer, the the number sent to the PSTN will be XXXXXX.
If you want to send 057XXXXXX to the pstn you could add:
forward-digits 9 (to send 9 digits in total to the PSTN)
or
prefix 057 (to insert 057 before the xxxxxx)

Just prefix some digits on CM, and build the pots DB with these digits, going to a trunk-group of BRIs.

Thank you for your answer,
The problem it's that I have already route patterns, which match the same destination, and considering Gateway is in H323 mode, the CCM send the call towards Gateway, and in this moment, the calls of this new group can uses the PRI Card, and it is what it is necessary to avoid.
My question, it's how to remove a digit of Gateway?? for example,
My need is match 0537XXXXXX, and for differentiated from the existing route pattern (which uses PRI) that it with the same destination, I will make:
On the CCM:
Route pattern : 30537XXXXXX
Partition : (partition dedicated has this new group)
Gateway : the H323 Gateway
on the GW:
Dial-peer voice XX pots
Destination pattern 30537XXXXXX
????????????????????????
thank you for your help.

You need to put the new users in a different CSS partion. They will be able to use only a new
router pattern that has the special prefix. That is normally removed by matched digits of pots DP.
Only if oyu are unable to do the above, it is possible to do some addtional configuration on the GW only.

Thank you,
If possible, I want to know, what I will add to the configuration of the DP in the Gateway to remove the 1st digit.
