Problem in communication between VGW and PBX

I have VG connected to PBX via FXO ports.

I can place call from Cisco to PBX but I can't make call from the PBX to VG.

the PBX programmed as the following:

the user on PBX phone should press code to hunt to one of the free FXO ports. the user will hear ring then he will connect to VG and he can dial the extension for IP phone.

this is the configuration under FXO port:

timeouts interdigit 5

timeouts call-disconnect 3

timeouts wait-release 1

caller-id enable

Is there any debug command help in this problem? any hint?

You can reset the PBX and try. And ensure the Voice gateway config also.

You can use this commands "debug voip ccapi inout" along with the "debug isdn q931" it show what is happening at higher layers.

debgu isdn q931 does not apply as there is no isdn. debug vpm signal can be usde.

Op should describe what happens whe he tries to call.
