Problem with ccme

Hi, I am having problem with CME 4.0, I have at cisco IP Phone 7960 and this receive call of the PSTN but the call only ring one times over the ip Phone, the user calling hear the ring back normal.

can anyone helps?

Does it happen to all the 7960s or just some?

Can you post your ephone-dn configuration to have a look at?

Is the number shared with another DN (maybe call-forward activating on another phone)?
