I have installed the IVR, dedicated, and 2 call managers. When the calls start incrementing, the services in call manager such as transfer, hold, pickup call, conference, etc. stop working and I have to reset the call managers. But this problem occurs again with the call incrementing and I have to reset the servers one more time.
I shutted down the IVR and there is no more problems. And I noticed that the traffic in the 3660 gateway is under 1MB. When the incoming calls are redirected to the IVR, the traffic in the gateway increments up to 9MB and the services in the CCM fail again.
The version of CRA (IVR) is 2.2(4) and the IOS of 3660 is 12.2(8)T5.
