I am unable to dial pre-paid cell phone exchanges. The dial pattern is the same as a least cost routing exchange and it works for all the cell phones with that exchange. The only numbers with in the exchange that do not work are the pre-paid. Example of the pattern is 8.610xxxx, this has me really confused. This exchange is a local dialing area.
This is not a pre-paid on our end. This is the exchange number that we are trying to dial.
